Prices may vary depending on:

1. Clothing Design: different design have process for sewing, so the cost would be different
2. Fabric: different fabric have different cost, even they are both 100%cotton, there are different price fabric.
3. Order Quantity: bigger quantity would be easier to control the cost for each process

To work out the approximate prices for the garments, we basically need the following information:

• Reference Samples/CAD/Image/Drawing of the design
• Fabric information if available.
• Size chart
• Quantity

Please inform us if you have any packing or delivery time requirements, as this may also impact the pricing.

Please note that this quotation is not the final quotation. After the sample is confirmed, we will confirm the final production price with you.

It will be great if you can provide the size chart, which will help speed up the grading and avoid misunderstandings on size.

However, if you’re not able to provide the chart, based on our team’s past experience, we will provide you with a size chart reference tailored to your requirements and the country you are located in.

After we confirm the design you want for the sample, we can move forward with more details.

After payment has been made, it takes about 7-15 working days to receive your sample.

After we confirm the yarn material, we’ll send you pictures of the color card for choosing. We can also send you the free color card, but you’ll need to pay for shipping.

Certainly! However, additional fees may apply in some cases, such as changing the yarn material.

Please also note that this will extend the sample production time. Thank you for your understanding.

We can customize your logo label and hangtag, but we only produce these for bulk orders and do not make sample label.

We have different sizes of Custom package bags. You can offer your logo, and we will make a mock-up for you.

We will keep them in our warehouse for your future order, so you won’t need to pay for custom bag design fees for your next order.

In the event that any of our items are found to be defective, we will issue a refund for the affected pieces or refund % of the payment according to the condition of defect.

Usually, the defects need to be reported to us within 7 days after you receive our goods.

We take great care in managing each step of the production process, including conducting quality control checks for samples, fabrics, and completed products, to minimize the occurrence of defective pieces.

Normally, a deposit is required upfront and the balance before shipment.

For customers we had worked together for long, we can be more flexible on the payment term after negotiation.

No, we don’t have any stock to offer.

We produce custom apparel according to our customers’ designs with their brands. Only their order quantity will be fulfilled.
