We will efficiently design and manufacture samples according to customers’ ideas and requirements. We’ll support you every step of the way, from preparing your ideas to launching your brand, whether your ideas are still in the preliminary planning stage or ready to be put into action.

We accept your providing us with your own design files, sending us original samples with adjustment suggestions, or adjusting based on our existing design and specifications. We will also offer recommendations on design, size, yarn, color, craftsmanship, etc., tailored to your specific needs

Generally, customers specify the yarn materials they would like to use for their designs. For special designs, they may also send us trim samples, which we will help source accordingly.

If customers are unsure about yarn selection, we provide a wide range of premium options based on the design concept, including 100% cotton, cotton-acrylic, cotton-viscose, viscose-nylon, rayon-nylon, cashmere, wool, merino wool, lambswool and wool blends, mohair, alpaca, angora and blended yarns, tencel, silk, linen, metallic yarns, and more.

If customers cannot provide trims and do not have partnered suppliers in China, we can source suitable trims from the market; however, minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply.

For the knitting pattern, we can provide different swatches for your selection. You may also send us a picture or sample for development.

For sweater decorations, we offer various craftsmanship, like embroidery, jacquard, crochet, beading, Sequin, printing, and more. If you have no suitable inspiration for this, we can recommend the popular craftsmanship elements at the moment.

For the knitting gauge, 3G, 5G, 7G, 9G, 12G, 16G can be available. Different knitting gauges create different final effects in sweater, such as thicker or finer yarn appearance, and heavier or lighter weight. If you would like to learn more, please contact us and we will provide reference images for your review.

We can customize hang tags, neck label, care label and package for you to showcase your brand. Your label can be put on our styles, and you also can customize your own style with your own label.

Some customers send the original samples as a reference, which greatly facilitates our sample production process. This ensures we fully align with your expectations and achieve higher accuracy in every detail of the sample.

In our production, we conduct inspections at various stages to ensure the quality of the final product. This includes inspection of the raw materials before they are used, in-line inspection during the manufacturing process, and a final inspection of the finished product. Each inspection is conducted with attention to detail and strict adherence to our quality standards to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality products.

By implementing these rigorous inspection processes, we have no problem meeting the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) specified by our customers. We take pride in providing our customers with products that meet their expectations and reflect our commitment to excellence.

All garments are carefully ironed, packed, and wrapped to ensure they are safe and undamaged during shipping.

Regarding the shipping, we can coordinate with nominated forwarders to ensure the goods are shipped out in safe and fast method.

In case there’s no forwarder or agent nominated for the shipping, we offer different shipping options to suit your budget and timing requirements.

Small orders: we work with various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, TNT to ship the orders with door to door service.

Bulk orders: we offer sea freight options from multiple cooperative forwarders.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on destination, and sea freight takes longer than air freight.
